The staff were amazing from the pre-op phone calls to discharge. My pre-op nurse Sharon was fantastic. Her demeanor and bedside manner made the experience completely stress free. She was understanding to all of my needs/concerns and just made me feel at ease. All of the ladies I interacted with that day, Vanessa, Maria, and Rebecca, were professional and courteous. The only issue I had was with the anesthesiologist, Dr. Gajian. When he came in to do his initial introduction and assessment he was asking me questions and between not eating for over 24 hours and just the basic stress I wasn’t quick enough with my answers for him and he told me to “hurry up and answer the question” multiple times. He apparently had a very busy schedule and I was holding him up. Sharon witnessed this and apologized. He did come back later and apologize himself because admittedly I went back at him and asked if my final couple of answers were “quick enough”. His bedside manner did improve once he realized his error but it should have never happened in the first place.
