Hossam Eldin Mohamed, MD, is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and board-eligible in pain medicine, who specializes in treating back pain, neck pain, joint pain, cancer pain and nerve pain. Using the latest innovations in pain medicine, he helps his patients find relief by integrating medical, interventional approaches and creating an individualized plan.
Dr. Mohamed received his undergraduate degree at Stony Brook University in Long Island, New York. He then completed internship in general surgery at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn , New York and residency at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital/ Albert Einstein school of Medicine. Dr. Mohamed then went on to complete his fellowship in interventional Pain Management at the Louisiana State University in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Dr. Mohamed is fluent in English and Arabic, enabling him to help patients from a variety of backgrounds.
