Philosophy of Care
My philosophy of care in gastroenterology and obesity is rooted in compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered medicine. I view the digestive system not only as essential to physical health, but also deeplyconnected to quality of life, nutrition, and emotional well-being. Both obesity and gastrointestinal conditions are chronic, complex, and can carry significant stigma or life disruption — so I approach each patient with empathy, respect, and a commitment to listen. I aim to empower patients with knowledge and tools, fostering sustainable change rather than quick fixes.
